Representative Tom Lantos who led US House of Representatives' International Affairs committee has said yesterday. It is a sad day for the Ethiopian pro-democracy camp. The California congressman has contributed a lot towards the passing of HR 2003. Rest in Peace.

A quote from Representative Tom Lantos. May he rest in Peace
"The United States relationship with Ethiopia will continue to be conditioned on Ethiopian support for human rights and the rule of law. We will continue to hold the Ethiopian government accountable for the way it treats its citizens.”
correction on the second line: 'said' should be replaced by 'died'.
